McClure Engineering Promotes Three Leaders to Principal

McClure Engineering is pleased to announce the promotion of Dan Bardon, P.E., Darren Dinkelman, and Mark Wehmeyer, P.E., HFDP to the position of Principal.

As Principals, Bardon and Dinkelman will lead efforts to expand McClure Engineering’s presence in the food, pharmaceutical, and industrial manufacturing sectors. Both bring extensive experience in industrial facility design and infrastructure improvements, making them uniquely qualified to support the firm’s strategic growth initiatives.

Bardon has led the mechanical design of a wide range of projects, including air and hydronic system studies, HVAC infrastructure improvements, and upgrades to higher education research and classroom facilities aimed at increasing energy efficiency and system capacity.

Dinkelman has directed the electrical design of numerous projects across healthcare, commercial, and industrial markets. His expertise in delivering complex electrical systems has helped clients improve facility performance, reliability, and long-term operational efficiency.

Wehmeyer will focus on strengthening and growing McClure Engineering’s healthcare practice. Throughout his career, he has overseen project planning, scheduling, budget management, and stakeholder communication while serving as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients. As a department manager, he has also played a key role in mentoring staff, managing resources, supporting quality control, and advancing technical excellence across the organization.
