To help employees invest for the future, McClure Engineering offers employees the opportunity to invest in a pre-tax or Roth 401(k) savings plan. And because we believe in the importance of investing for the future, McClure Engineering makes a 3% contribution to the employee’s 401(k) plan each pay period after the employee has worked at least 6-months and 1,000 hours – even if the employee isn’t making their own contributions.

Stock Purchase Program

Employees are encouraged to take part in McClure Engineering ownership, so annually, employees who have been employed for at least 12-months will be invited to purchase shares during the annual offering period.


Short-Term Disability

McClure Engineering – paid short-term disability replaces 70% of an employee’s income (to a weekly maximum of $1,200) up to 11-weeks due to illness or temporary disability.

Long-Term Care

This benefit provides the financial assistance needed to help with the cost of nursing homes or in-home nursing care. McClure Engineering provides basic coverage of $1,000 per month for up to 3 years. Additional coverage can be purchased by employees and coverage is portable.


Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment

Provided at no cost to the employee, this protection will provide $50,000 of life insurance. The benefit amount also carries an equal benefit of accidental death and dismemberment coverage.
