Taught by in-house subject matter experts, weekly Lunch & Learns cover a variety of technical topics that help everyone stay abreast of an ever-evolving technical environment.

All engineers are encouraged to obtain their Professional Engineering license as soon as practically possible. To help in this effort, McClure Engineering will pay 100% of the initial registration fee, up to an allowance towards study materials plus paid time off for the day of the exam. Annually, we will pay the registration fee for all engineers who maintain their license in good standing.

McClure Engineering strongly encourages our employees to affiliate and actively participate in professional organizations. As such, we will pay for the annual membership fees.

McClure Engineering strongly encourages our employees to continue to expand their knowledge and skills in fields related to their current positions or possible future roles. Each employee, after 12-months of employment, may be eligible for up to $5,250 annually.
