McClure Engineering Embarks on Leadership Training
This year, we wanted to invest in our leaders by working to enhance their foundational knowledge when it comes to managing people and teams.
McClure Engineering has always seen leadership as a key to our success. Effective leaders take a personal interest in the long-term development of their employees and when our employees have the right tools to succeed, it strengthens the foundations of the whole firm.
This year, we wanted to invest in our leaders by working to enhance their foundational knowledge when it comes to managing people and teams. We partnered with AAIM to deliver a 5-part training series that spanned over 5 months. The focus over the 5 days of training included:
- Defining Your Organization & Leadership Role
- Communicating for Leadership Success
- Coaching & Managing for Better Performance
- Delegation & Empowerment
- Dealing with Conflict
- Effective Appraisals & Performance Management
- Leading High Performing Teams
Our group of 16 leaders got the opportunity to grow their skills together and better understand how they could support the incredible people that make up McClure Engineering.
