Celebrating Community on the Move with a 5K Through Downtown St. Louis.

McClure Engineering has been participating in Biz Dash for years, but this was the biggest turnout yet! Thank you to everyone who participated and a special thank you to Principal Matt Costantinou for designing our dapper threads. “Our drip was swag AF” as they kids might say.

Each year, Biz Dash brings companies from across the region together for a fun and energizing evening centered on wellness, teamwork, and community. As St. Louis’ version of the corporate run, the event welcomes runners and walkers of all experience levels, creating an inclusive atmosphere where employees can participate at their own pace.

At the heart of the event is a 5K run/walk through Downtown St. Louis. The course offers participants a unique experience through the city’s central corridor, featuring views of iconic landmarks like the Gateway Arch, Kiener Plaza, Busch Stadium, Union Station, and a finish line near Energizer Park.

More than just a race, Biz Dash is a celebration of workplace connection and healthy living. It’s an opportunity for companies to come together outside the office, support employee wellness, and enjoy a shared experience in one of St. Louis’ most recognizable settings.

We’re proud to continue being part of an event that brings people together through wellness, team spirit, and community. We’re already looking forward to next year’s Biz Dash and another opportunity to show up, stand out, and have fun together.
