McClure Engineering has built their success in Healthcare by partnering with facilities and integrating as an extension of their facility maintenance and operations groups. These relationships have enabled us to develop a focus on day-to-day operations within the hospital environment and focus on the impact that the mechanical and electrical systems have on these operations. Our success begins with an understanding of a project’s needs with respect to construction phasing, infection control strategies, and even something as overlooked as the potential impact of project noise on adjacent patient spaces. As a result, we have proven to be an invaluable team member on some of the most complicated projects within the hospital environment, such as air handling unit upgrades/replacements in active hospital spaces, emergency power distribution upgrades, and control system modifications or upgrades. Yes, we do work with our clients to construct building additions or new facilities, but it is in the maintenance of the system within the existing buildings where we are able to set ourselves apart.
