20 Women to Watch in HVAC Engineering
Electrical Team Leader Shannon Fogarty Fisher is recognized as one of the 20 women to watch in HVAC engineering.
“Women are vastly underrepresented in the workforce. According to the National Science Foundation, only 28% of all science and engineering workers are women. In total, women make up 29% of physical scientists, 25% of computer and mathematical scientists, and 13% of all engineers.” -Engineered Systems Magazine
Since 2019, Engineered Systems Magazine has honored 20 of the industry’s leading ladies each year through their 20 to Watch: Women in HVAC contest. This year, they honored McClure Engineering’s very own Shannon Fogarty Fisher.
