McClure Engineering has once again been named a finalist in the prestigious Best Places to Work in St. Louis Awards by the St. Louis Business Journal. This recognition highlights our unwavering commitment to creating a thriving and supportive environment for our employees. Through a rigorous selection process, we are thrilled to be recognized among the top companies in the region.

Since first appearing on the list in 2013, McClure Engineering has continuously sought new and innovative ways to enhance our company culture. Our dedication to employee well-being and satisfaction is evident in the initiatives we’ve introduced over the years.

In 2023, we introduced a paid week of holiday leave, allowing employees to spend quality time with their loved ones during the holiday season without dipping into their vacation hours. In 2024, we launched McClure Connect, an internal company site designed to keep everyone connected and streamline the onboarding process. McClure Connect also shares information on upcoming events, company history, and our philanthropic endeavors.

This summer, we’re expanding our gym for our growing team of exercise enthusiasts. This much-anticipated expansion will include a golf simulator and a multi-purpose room, perfect for yoga classes and hosting quarterly blood drives for the American Red Cross. These new initiatives complement our longstanding favorites, such as the beloved Float Trip (another day of paid leave), our annual Olympics competitions, and the Fall Family Picnic.
