McClure Engineering places 2^nd on the 2022 Healthiest Employers Awards for midsize firms.

We are pleased to announce that we came in second place for the 2022 Healthiest Employers Awards in the 2-99 Employees category!

We are particularly thrilled to receive this recognition after the hardships of Covid and working remotely for the better part of 2 years. Being a company that excels when we are together, it was hard to navigate a fully remote working environment. Our leadership team and our Health & Wellness and Volunteer Activities committees took those challenges on and presented our team with weekly activities aimed to make everyone’s remote working lives easier and to help retain the close connections that McClure Engineering employees have come to value. And once we made it back to the office, the planning went into overdrive to get us back in the groove. Thank you to everyone who contributed to McClure Engineering receiving this recognition!
