Proximate Lab Renovations

This project consisted of the renovations of multiple chemical laboratories to support the consolidation of lab spaces from one research facility to another on the campus of a Confidential Pharmaceutical Client.

The entire southern half of the “Lab Side” third floor, as well as the renovation of the spaces just north of the freight elevator and the installation of a new restroom on the “Office Side” of the third floor, were included in the scope of this project. McClure Engineering provided engineering systems design for the HVAC distribution, electrical distribution, power and lighting systems, plumbing systems, laboratory utility distribution, electrical building systems, and fire protection systems.
