Introducing Our Gym Expansion

How McClure Engineering Is Reimagining Wellness at Work.

Since 2017, McClure Engineering has proudly called Cupples One home. Nestled just blocks from Ballpark Village, our office is housed in a beautifully restored former warehouse dating back to the late 19th century. The building’s character and spectacular views have provided the perfect backdrop as our company continues to grow and evolve.

Our journey at Cupples One began on the 5th and 6th floors, but as our team expanded, so did our footprint. In recent years we have expanded to the 2nd and 3rd floors with additional renovations being planned. With this growth came the realization that our health and wellness facilities needed a fresh look to keep up with our dynamic, health-conscious workforce.

We’re proud to be recognized as one of St. Louis’ Healthiest Employers year after year. To support our active team, we recently revealed an exciting gym expansion in the lower level. The new space features an upgraded weight and cardio room, a versatile multi-purpose room ideal for stretching, yoga classes, and even blood drives, plus a Golf Simulator room, complete with not one, but two golf simulators for our many putting enthusiasts.

Our employees are already taking full advantage of the new facilities. Each day at lunch, you’ll find weightlifters and cardio enthusiasts working through their circuits while jamming to the latest playlist. On Thursdays, we have a dedicated ladies group workout. And whenever someone new arrives, there’s always someone ready to offer guidance on proper form and help them maximize their workout.

So, whether our employees prefer to get their workout before work, during lunch, or in the afternoon, they can be assured that they have modern, flexible facilities to help them stay healthy and energized.
