I attended a career fair at SLU during my junior year. I had already known about McClure Engineering from my father who was friends with former president Bill Coad. I gave my resume to the HR rep and had an interview just a few weeks later. I started as a mechanical intern the following summer and just a few weeks in, it became apparent that McClure Engineering was a special place. I decided I didn’t want to work anywhere else!

On why she chose McClure Engineering
When I was at school at MS&T, I attended an ASHRAE meeting and the guest speaker was Bill Coad (former McClure Engineering President). I was so impressed and inspired by his presentation that I looked into McClure Engineering that night and decided to speak to them at the career fair the next day. I was excited to go work anywhere that had folks who viewed their job and engineering with such enthusiasm and vision. Ultimately after meeting with Keith Esarey in my first interview, I was convinced that I would be happier at here than any of the other places I was looking at. So far, I haven’t regretted that decision.
