Mr. Costantinou is an electrical engineer that has been responsible for the electrical design and project management for a variety of projects, including university, primary and secondary schools, healthcare facilities, medium voltage power distribution, central chilled/hot water plants, and building and campus infrastructure systems. Projects have included both new construction and extensive renovations. His primary focus remains within the healthcare and architectural market sectors. Believing the key to every successful project is clear, concise, and on-time communication, you will find Mr. Costantinou holds high regard for those that are willing to take a good set of meeting notes and maintain ownership of action items.
As part of McClure’s ongoing efforts to maintain an active and healthy place to work, Mr. Costantinou is regular at the company gym and an enthusiastic member of the health and wellness committee. The active lifestyle is well balanced by, on occasion, forgetting to eat a balanced breakfast and bringing a box or two of the best cake donuts in town to the office.
Prior to joining McClure, Mr. Costantinou was employed as a principal and project manager for numerous capital renewal and deferred maintenance infrastructure projects for one of the largest healthcare organizations in the United States. From 2006 until 2012, he was employed in the consulting engineering industry where he was electrical engineer and project manager on a variety of small and medium sized projects within the cement and industrial sector. Projects have also included installations in both Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build delivery methods.
Since joining McClure Engineering it has been made clear time and time again, everyone is working towards the same goal: provide high-quality engineering services by empowering employees to take ownership of projects. Working with people who care deeply about each other and the work they perform drives me to do the best on every project I have the privilege to work on.
