Aerospace Campus Building 105 & 107 Fire Alarm Upgrades

Project Background

A confidential aerospace client needed an update to the fire alarm system for their 105 & 107 Buildings, located on their East Campus.

Project Deliverables

Building 105 is a 4-story Office and Laboratory Facility and is approximately 160,000 sq. ft. The upgrade included renovating the existing fire alarm system by installing an automatic audible & visible emergency evacuation notification system that complies with current industry standards and all applicable codes. Interface with existing addressable FireLite MS-9600UDLS fire alarm control panel was also included. McClure Engineering developed the design and construction documents, drawings & specifications to upgrade the existing fire alarm system.

Building 107 is a 4-story Office and Laboratory Facility and is approximately 148,600 sq. ft. The upgrade included renovating the existing fire alarm system by installing an automatic audible & visible emergency evacuation notification system that complies with current industry standards and all applicable codes. Interface with existing addressable FireLite MS-9600UDLS fire alarm control panel was also included. McClure Engineering developed the design and construction documents, drawings & specifications to upgrade the existing fire alarm system.
