Project Background
Headquartered in Denmark, Hartmann is the leading specialist in molded fiber packaging for eggs and fruit and is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of molded fiber machinery. Molded fiber is manufactured from paper-based material (such as newspaper) that meets sustainable protection and marketing requirements. To ensure their 370,000 sq. ft. plant in Rolla, Missouri was equipped with the latest in state-of-the-art technology and manufacturing ability, Hartmann decided to renovate and expand their facility.
Project Deliverables
McClure Engineering provided building infrastructure design for the industrial process including HVAC, Electrical distribution, and Fire Protection. Our team coordinated and routed industrial piping and electrical services for owner-supplied equipment and steam, compressed air, and soft water coordination and design. In addition to design services, our team assisted with contractor selection, equipment acquisition, project coordination, and process piping layout.
