Brewer Fieldhouse Renovation

This project included a $40M renovation and addition to the existing student athletic and fitness center on the campus of the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri.

This 250,000 sq. ft. facility includes two new natatoriums: a 50-meter competition pool and diving complex, and a leisure pool area with a themed water park. The facility also includes new locker rooms, a cardio-fitness area, and a climbing wall. The project also included the renovation of existing fieldhouses, weight training areas, and offices. Additionally, work included upgrading the air conditioning of the renovated facility and the inclusion of a 2,000 Ton chilled water plant.
