This project included an $11.5M renovation of Truman State University’s Baldwin Hall.
Project Deliverables
The project included a complete removal of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and addition of a fire sprinkler for the 85,000-square foot building. The project also included the replacement of the steam absorption chiller, cooling tower and related pumps and electrical power in the McClain Building. Additions to the 1956 Theater included upgraded electrical power distribution system, new front and back of house lighting, complete replacement of the support spaces (below the stage), mechanical, electrical and plumbing system.
